CCTV images released after ‘money stolen at Sainsbury’s cash point’ in Folkestone

Officers have released CCTV images after a woman withdrew money from a cash point before it was swiped by another person.

The victim, a woman in her 60s, walked away from the ATM at Sainsbury’s in Park Farm Road, Folkestone, and later realised she did not have the cash.

A police investigation into the incident at about 3pm on Wednesday, January 15, found the money was taken by another person.

Officers are appealing for information to identify the woman pictured as she may have information which could assist enquiries.
