Forensics tent set up outside Folkestone College as pavement cordoned off

A white forensics tent has been set up outside a college following a medical incident.

Police have cordoned off the pavement in front of Folkestone College in Shorncliffe Road.

One police car is currently at the scene, with an officer manning the cordon.

The road remains open to traffic, but police have taped off a large section of the pavement.

One resident living nearby said they saw “flashing blue lights” at about 6am as police responded to the incident.

A spokesman for the force confirmed that officers were at the scene of a medical incident.

The ambulance service has been contacted for further information.
