CCTV image released in Folkestone rape investigation

Police are appealing for help following a rape in Folkestone.

An image of a man has been released by the force as part of the investigation into the attack.

It took place at a private address in the Cheriton area of the town overnight between Wednesday, September 9 and Thursday, September 10.

Officers have since been carrying out an investigation and have issued the CCTV image of a man they believe may be able to help them with their enquiries.

He is seen wearing a while T-shirt, cream shorts and trainers and carrying a bag over his shoulder.
