The damage was caused to property in Fernbank Crescent, Marshall Street and Canterbury Road in the early hours of March 17.

Riley Birch, 19, and Reece Birch, 26, both of Somerset Road, Folkestone, were each charged yesterday (May 5) with damaging seven cars as well as causing criminal damage to two properties.

Luke Philbin, 22, of Albion Road, Folkestone, was charged with damaging six vehicles and two properties.

They have all been released on bail to attend Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on June 10.

It comes as the manager of the town centre sprucer project says vandalism has increased 10 fold during lockdown.
