Two lanes are closed on the A2 after an accident.

Ambulance crews were called to the A2 at the junction for Cobham and Shorne after two vehicles were involved in a crash.

A man with a cut to his head and a woman suffering chest pains were treated at the scene and did not need to be taken to hospital.

Traffic is queueing on the London-bound carriageway of the A2 from Brewers Road at the junction for Cobham and Shorne, back to Rochester on the A2, and also junction 3 (Chatham and Rochester) on the M2.
