A speeding motorist was caught doing 99mph with a child on the back seat.
The driver of an SUV failed to spot the marked Kent Police Volvo directly behind them as they broke the speed limit for more than one mile on the M2 near Cobham.
According to a tweet by Kent Police, the driver had previous form for speeding.
As a result they could now be facing a day in court.
