A lorry driver is set to stand trial accused of killing a recovery worker on the M25.

Dariusz Mrozek, 42, is alleged to have driven his green Scania dangerously on the motorway before hitting 52-year-old Steven Godbold as he stood on the hard shoulder just before Junction 4 for Orpington while repairing a car last September.

Mr Godbold, of Chatham, but whose family live in Gravesend, died at the scene.
