A man has been charged with intent to supply drugs after he was stopped by police.
Marcel West, of Bean Road, Greenhithe, was arrested on Friday March 8 after patrol officers stopped him when they thought he was acting suspiciously.
He was found with a quantity of cannabis when he was searched in Shirley Close, Dartford.
The 20-year-old was later later identified as being an outstanding offender for offences in Gravesend last May.
He was charged for possessing cannabis with intent to supply on March 8 as well as two charges of possessing cocaine and cannabis on May 1 2018, with intent to supply.
West has been bailed and will appear at Medway Magistrates' Court on Tuesday April 23.
