A major route has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash.

All traffic was held on the A2 coastbound in Southfleet, near Gravesend, but is now moving.

Traffic Information site Inrix said queues built up on the busy A-road.

The closure stretched from the junction for the A2260 Southfleet Road and A227 Wrotham Road.

Emergency services have been contacted for further information.
