Sarah Wellgreen: Partner Neil James makes second heartfelt appeal to bring back 'perfect parent'

The partner of missing Sarah Wellgreen has made another heartfelt appeal to find the 'perfect parent' more than five weeks since she was last seen.

Neil James, 45, from Farnham, revealed hearing his own children ask when 'Mummy Sarah' will next be round has become heartbreaking.

The mother-of-five was last seen in the Bazes Shaw area of New Ash Green on the evening of Tuesday, October 9.

Mr James urged people to bring forward the "tiniest" of information if they had it, as it could go a long way to finding her.

He said: "Sarah is a wonderful mother to five and seven if you include my children who call her 'Mummy Sarah'.

"To hear my three-year-old daughter asking when Mummy Sarah and the children are coming around again as we miss her, is simply heartbreaking.

"Sarah is such a loving family member especially to her children, mum and all her family.

"Sarah would do anything and everything for all her family, friends and mine without expecting anything in return.

"Each and everyone of us miss her with so much love and affection and want her home.

"She has taught a lot of us how to be the perfect parent - me especially - and friend.

"Whatever we can do to help in anyway to bring her back to us would only be a small offering back to what she has done given personally for her children, close family, friends my children and only is a small commitment from us."

The 45-year-old carried on to urge people to support police in their search for any new evidence and join the Searching for Sarah Wellgreen Facebook page saying that even the "tiniest" of things might help bring her back.

Police revealed last week they had received more than 2,000 hours of CCTV footage relating to the hunt for the missing 46-year-old.

Investigators from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate say they are continuing to search areas and are looking at a number of lines of inquiry.

Investigating officer DI Chris Greenstreet said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents and businesses in the area for sending us a significant amount of CCTV from more than 80 locations.

“We continue to appeal to residents, businesses and landowners in the rural areas around New Ash Green to check their outhouses, and areas surrounding their properties.

“Dog walkers and anyone out in rural areas should also call us if they see anything that seems suspicious.

“We have also taken more than 200 calls from members of the public and I would encourage anyone who has not called us, but who has information that may assist the investigation, to get in contact.”
