Stone Willy's Pizza in Meopham is offering the homeless and elderly a free meal following the government's decision for lock down due to the coronavirus.

The fast-food outlet's manger, Gary Sandhu New, made the announcement on Facebook.

"I know many businesses and groups are already helping and providing food to the community and are doing a fantastic job.

"As a result, we would really appreciate if everyone shares and spreads the word that we are offering free food to the homeless and elderly to as many people as they can."

The shop is located in Wrotham Road, and is open as usual seven days a week from noon to 11pm.
