A road in Gravesend was closed in both directions while the emergency services responded to a medical incident.
Police were called to Lennox Road East just after 11.45am to assist crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
A resident living nearby said they spotted an ambulance, two paramedic cars and a police car at the scene.
The road reopened at 1pm.
The South East Coast Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
