The proposals include creating additional storage space, converting a staff room and adding a mezzanine level to create new tasting spaces.

It comes two months after plans were submitted to retain and install 57 wine tanks and grape presses on its site.

The previous application, which is still under consideration, also requested approval for the continued use of part of its agricultural building as a wine shop, office and farm administration space.

Elsewhere, a bungalow in The Turnstones, Gravesend, could become a care home for three young people.

A property in Tennyson Walk, Northfleet, could also see major alterations.

The applicants want to convert the garage into a room, demolish the conservatory, and build a single-storey rear extension, veranda and porch.
