Ebbsfleet United sign Coventry City forward Reise Allassani

Ebbsfleet have signed Coventry forward Reise Allassani on loan for three months.

The former Crystal Palace youngster, 22, can lead the line or play in the No.10 role.

Allassani, who joined Coventry from Dulwich Hamlet in May, is set to make his Fleet debut at Dagenham tomorrow (Saturday).

Ebbsfleet are in need of a lift having gone six games without a win in the National League.

Allassani has made three appearances for the Sky Blues this season, having left Dulwich to sign a two-year contract with the League 1 club.

An England youth international, he scored 17 goals in 31 league matches for Hamlet last season as they clinched promotion to National League South.

Ebbsfleet vice-chairman Dean Pooley said: “We would like to thank Coventry City for allowing Reise to join us and for the professional manner in which they have conducted negotiations with us over the past few days to enable us to get this deal done as soon as possible.

"Reise is clearly an exciting player and I look forward to watching him in an Ebbsfleet shirt.”

Dagenham also signed a striker on Friday, bringing in Shamir Mullings on a loan deal from Maidstone.
