Gravesend’s St John's Irish Dancers shine as Millie Kilshaw secures victory in Dublin, Ireland, at CRDM Irish Dance World Championships

Four from Gravesend-based St John's Irish Dancers impressed at last month’s CRDM Irish Dance World Championships.

Millie Kilshaw led the way in Dublin, Ireland, and became a world champion in the 20-year-old category. She had first started dancing, aged five.

Maise Longhurst came seventh in the 22-23 age-group.

Ciara Baldwin, 17, also placed 10th, as 15-year-old Izzy Johnston came 15th.

The club entered a Celi group dance, as well, which claimed 16th position out of the 26 teams that entered.
