Henrik Stenson will play George Coetzee in the semi-finals of the Volvo World Match Play Championship at The London Club on Sunday.

Stenson, the World No.5 and top seed, beat his fellow Swede Jonas Blixt by two holes in the quarter-finals on Saturday in mixed conditions in Kent.

His last-four opponent, South Africa's Coetzee, was eight-under-par for his round as he beat United States Ryder Cup player Patrick Reed 2&1.

The other semi-final will be between Joost Luiten, of the Netherlands, and Finland's Mikko Ilionen.

Luiten thrashed Pablo Larrazabal 6&5 while Ilonen saw off Victor Dubuisson by two holes.
