Emergency services were called to a park due to a medical incident.
Police and an air ambulance were spotted at Memorial Park, Herne Bay, this evening.
Multiple paramedics were pictured waiting by the helicopter shortly after 8.15pm.
A patient was airlifted from the scene, and the helicopter landed shortly afterwards at William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: Crews were called at approximately 6.45pm to reports of a person in need of medical attention on Sea Street in Herne Bay.
“Crews assessed and treated one patient at the scene before being joined by The Air Ambulance Charity, Kent Surrey Sussex.”
