One of the busiest routes between Herne Bay and Canterbury was shut after a crash.
The collision at the Punch Tavern left the A291 blocked between Herne Common and Sturry.
Police advised motorists to find alternative routes "for the next hour or so" after the incident at around 7am.
No injuries have been reported.
