House fire at Forgefields, Herne Bay, firefighters called out

Firefighters were called to a blaze at a house.

They were alerted to to the incident at Forgefields, Herne Bay, just after midnight.

Three fire engines attended and crews tackled the fire using hose reel jets, main jets and a positive pressure ventilation fan.

There were no reported casualties, and the cause of the blaze is not yet known.
