Travellers who set up camp on private land near a supermarket have moved on.
The unauthorised encampment was sited opposite Sainsbury's in Broomfield, near Herne Bay.
Canterbury City Council's officers had liased closely with police over the matter.
A spokesman said: "A follow-up visit by our Enforcement Officers to the encampment in Herne Bay at just after 2pm on Saturday has confirmed the travellers have now moved on.".
