AC Goatham is gearing up to support two great cycle rides for business teams and individuals in a bid to get people fitter and healthier in 2020.

The Medway-based company grows British apples and pears in Kent every year, packed full of goodness.

Eating fresh and local British fruit as part of a healthy and daily diet and maintaining an active lifestyle can bring many benefits, not just to you, but to your workplace as well.

Eating healthy foods and exercising regularly has many benefits including:

  • A reduced risk of serious disease including heart disease, stroke and some forms of cancer
  • Elevated mood, energy and higher self-esteem
  • Reduced anxiety and stress
  • Better quality of sleep
  • Improved productivity in the workplace
  • More opportunities to spend enjoyable and quality time with your family and friends
Joining on the day will be many of the wounded, sick and injured, who will be able to tell people how fundraising is making a real difference to their lives.

The start of a New Year is a great opportunity to re-evaluate your health and lifestyle choices and also encourage those of your work colleagues.

Forget Friday nights in the pub, there are many individual and team activities that you can take part in here in Kent and Goatham’s is delighted to support two fantastic cycle rides that welcome business teams and individuals.

Both are rides and not a race, so no one is left behind, and training help and support is provided in the countdown and on the ride.
