The start of a New Year is a great opportunity to re-evaluate your health and lifestyle choices and also encourage those of your work colleagues.
Forget Friday nights in the pub, there are many individual and team activities that you can take part in here in Kent and Goatham’s is delighted to support two fantastic cycle rides that welcome business teams and individuals.
Both are rides and not a race, so no one is left behind, and training help and support is provided in the countdown and on the ride.
So if you are looking for the support and motivation to get fitter and healthier this year, dust off your bike, get a few miles of practice under your belt and come and join in this summer, whilst helping to raise money for two fantastic organisations, Help for Heroes and Kent Sports Trust.
Now in its sixth year, Cycle 4 Heroes is the perfect one-day ride for both serious and recreational cyclists and it’s fun too.
Join Help for Heroes top fundraiser Steve Craddock on a 75km route, which offers teasing climbs, fast flats and stunning scenery.
Taking place on Saturday, June 27, the ride starts and finishes in Medway and at the finish, forms a spectacular peloton as part of the Medway Armed Forces Day celebrations. Sign up now at www.cycle4heroes.com
For those looking for a longer challenge, join Kent Sports Trust for Kent’s only 3-day cycle ride, The Goatham’s Great Kent Cycle Ride, from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5.
