In his new position, he will be responsible for driving growth within Reflect Digital, reporting directly to CEO, Becky Simms.

He will oversee all new sales opportunities coming into the business as well leading the growth strategy.

He’ll also collaborate with the wider group of LAB agencies; VERJ, Riverr and Studio BLUP in order to maximise group opportunities. Reflect became part of LAB last year .

Despite the challenges presented by the health crisis, Reflect's 12-month revenue is up 30% on last year.

CEO Becky Simms said: “We’re seeing growth with a number of clients and new businesses currently where our solution-focused creativity is paramount for us to re-define the use of their marketing budgets in the current climate.

“Our growth since joining the LAB group has been strong, albeit with a rather large speed bump earlier this year due to the initial lockdown period.

“For us, now is the time to really focus on the direction of our growth and to ensure we are working with the right brands who we can truly deliver impact for.

“We are just tipping the 30 people mark and investing time in setting our leadership team up for the next stages of growth."

Chris Lewis added: "What attracted me to the role was the human behaviour and neuroscience thread that runs through our group of agencies.

“In a world where people are more and more intertwined with digital in every aspect of their lives, our ability as an agency to tap in, and understand human behaviour, enables us to offer our clients insights that will help them truly connect with their customers, and fundamentally make a difference to their business."
