Property development firm Quinn Estates has ploughed "emergency support and funding" into Canterbury Rugby Club after it was floored by the lockdown.
Quinn has been a long-time sponsor of the club, based in Merton Lane, and has come to its aid again.
Giles Hilton, chairman of the club, explained: “After a challenging year, the continued support of Quinn Estates as sponsor is vital to the club.
"We’re looking forward to continuing to develop this relationship with Quinn Estates in the years to come.”
Mark Quinn, CEO and chairman of the company, added: “The work Giles Hilton and his team put into the rugby club is truly inspirational. As the country recovers from the impact of the past year, we will continue to do as much as we can to enact positive change in our area and working with groups like the rugby club to support the area’s young people and those in need.”
