Quinn Homes hat-trick of accolades at the Housebuilder Awards 2021

Quinn Homes' run of award success continued this week after it collected a hat-trick of trophies at the Housebuilder Awards 2021.

The firm, a spin-off of Quinn Estates, based in Bridge, near Canterbury, received the accolades during a black tie ceremony in London.

The awards recognise the best in the housebuilding industry from design and sustainability to community impact and regeneration.

It scooped Best Refurbishment Project for The Engine Sheds in Hammill Park, Sandwich, and Best Community Initiative for Eddington Park and the Herne Bay Sports Hub.

It was also jointly named Small Housebuilder of the Year.

The win follows recent success at the WhatHouse? Awards where Quinn Homes was awarded Gold for Best Small Housebuilder and Bronze for Best Apartment Scheme.
