A Medway firm has appointed a new group managing director.

John Foley has been hired by heating, ventilation and air conditioning specialists Wozair, which has its UK headquarters on the Gillingham Business Park.

An experienced senior executive, he was previously MD at Norway-based OTIS Evelator and Volution Ventilation.

A statement from the firm's shareholders said: “John is very much looking forward to working with us, the directors and our staff, to formulate and execute plans for the ongoing sustainable development of the group, as we transition to the next phase of Wozair's journey.

“We welcome John to the Wozair team and wish him all the best in his new position.”

The company specialises in operating in extreme environments and, in addition to its Kent base, has offices in the Middle East, US and Singapore.
