KENT-based audio-visual company Electrosonic has proven that the customer is king and been awarded the AV industry award of service company of the year for the fifth year running.
In a ceremony at London’s Park Lane Hilton, hosted by comedian Michael McIntyre, the great and the good of the audio visual world gathered for the annual event which saw over 750 AV professionals hoping to land one of the industry’s most sought after prizes.
The award programme recognises outstanding business performance, as well as those with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.The service company award honours those companies whose customer service levels lead to long and prosperous business relationships.
David Ambrose, managing director at Dartford-based Electrosonic also picked up the award for best overall business installation for the design and installation of a state of the art AV presentation suite in the auditorium of the Morgan Stanley UK offices at Bank Street in London.
Electrosonic engineers complete audio-visual and presentation systems for corporate, security, transport, and visitor attraction applications.
Employing over 100 people at its Hawley Mill offices in Dartford, it is part of the international Electrosonic Group, which has offices in Edinburgh, Helsinki, Stockholm, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York, and Orlando.
