Brexit and the UK housing market: Take our survey for the chance to win a £50 shopping voucher!

Is the impact - or uncertainty - of Brexit making you think twice about making a move in the housing market?

We want to hear your views and we’ll enter those taking our short survey into a prize draw.

The uncertainty caused by Brexit has had a negative impact on the market, with house price growth slowing year-on-year and the number of sales taking a more dramatic dip in recent months.
The uncertainty caused by Brexit has had a negative impact on the market, with house price growth slowing year-on-year and the number of sales taking a more dramatic dip in recent months.

Some leading analysts like KPMG say UK house prices could crash by as much as a fifth in the event of a no deal Brexit.

One thing though is for sure.

The uncertainty caused by the 2016 Brexit vote has caused a fall in consumer demand in the housing market even though we have not officially left the EU yet, according to recent data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

But will that steady descent continue or is this just a blip that will soon recover?

We want to know what you think and those taking our short survey will go into a draw on Sunday, October 13 for the chance to snap up a £50 Love2Shop voucher which can be used at over 20,000 stores including Wilko, Matalan, New Look, TK Maxx, Boots, Debenhams, Pizza Express and more.

Will leaving the EU send property prices plummeting or are some people panicking unnecessarily? Take our survey for the chance to win a prize!
