Positioned next to the Great Stour River and overlooking Victoria Park, Riverside Park is already proving to one of the most sought after addresses in Ashford with one-to-two bedroom apartments from £195,000 and three bedroom houses from £450,000 available to buy now.

The new development will see 246 apartments and 26 riverside townhouses built close to the town centre, walking distance from Curious Brewery, Elwick Place and The Coachworks.

Work on Riverside Park started in the spring of 2017 and an exclusive Open Day Launch weekend for potential buyers to have a first look at the remaining plots will take place between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, November 23 and then again from 10am until 2pm on Sunday, November 24.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming prospective buyers to our two open days, offering an opportunity to not only see all that Riverside Park has to offer, but to find out about exclusive incentives to make their dreams of owning their own home come true,” said Michael El-Kassir, who is Managing Director of GRE Assets.

Described by the developers as homes that inspire every day, apartment residents can take in the view from their own balconies with either vibrant town or parkland views.

There is also a communal roof terrace that’s surrounded by green open spaces.

The three bedroom homes offer deluxe open-plan living with south or east facing terraces overlooking open spaces with an impressive master bedroom that overlooks Victoria Park.

“We have already seen a tremendous amount of interest for these properties with over 90% of Phase 1 already sold,” said Michael El-Kassir.

“With the recent expansion of the Ashford Designer Outlet as well as the newly opened Elwick Place, which are just around the corner from the development, the town has attracted a lot of investors.”

Michael added: “Apart from being affordable homes and particularly great for buy to let, Riverside Park is also ideally placed for those commuting to other towns or cities.”

“The nearby Ashford International Station is only half a mile away, which means that there is an easy 25-minute rail link to Canterbury with just under 70 trains travelling between the two stations on an average weekday.
