Siobhan Stirling, was praised by the judges for the results she delivers for clients, her support for other businesses during the pandemic and the opportunities she creates for young people. The firm was one of the first in Kent to offer a Kickstart placement and have provided three apprenticeships in digital marketing over the past five years.

Says Siobhan: “To win a national award against such stiff competition is something I never expected – and a huge testimony to my team who have helped Sharp Minds emerge stronger than before through the challenges of the last 18 months,” says Siobhan. “To be able to celebrate with two of our clients as silver winners was the icing on the cake.”

Last month, Siobhan took the leadership and management title at the Kent Women in Business Award and was runner up in the PR and marketing and best business categories, having taken titles over the last three years.

Deborah Richards, founder and managing partner of Pantiles’ estate agents, Maddisons Residential, added: “We aim to turn preconceptions of estate agents on their head by providing exceptional customer service to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants and to contribute positively to the fantastic Tunbridge Wells community – especially throughout the pandemic."

Sophie Forrest’s silver award for Best Business Service is recognition of her growth of the ForrestHR brand, with the addition of Forrest Training Academy and Forrest Health & Wellbeing in the last year to provide holistic people support for small- and medium-sized businesses across the South East.
