KBS Business Soundbites

Kent Business School invites you to a Business Soundbites event titled Leadership: Is the Future Female? on Wednesday, September 12 from 5pm onwards.

A recently commissioned study of the Royal Bank of Canada showed that having women in CEO positions improves company financial performance and leads to a more diverse workplace. So what traits in female leaders contribute to this success? And are these traits unique to women or can men adopt them, too?

Three lecturers from Kent Business School will each give their view on female leadership, followed by a panel discussion led by Kent's serial entrepreneur and founder of the Kent Women in Business Awards, Hilary Steel, with Psychology PG researcher Dawn Nicholson as discussant. Expect to be surprised, challenged and inspired.

Places are limited for this FREE event, so please register early to secure your place.
