Rock legend Bob Dylan will play his only UK date this year at Kent's Hop Farm Festival, it was confirmed today.

The 68-year-old singer-songwriter has been lined up to headline the bash on July 3.

Folk band Mumford & Sons are also on the bill along with Seasick Steve, ex Libertines frontman Pete Doherty and Laura Marling.

The event set in the grounds of Hop Farm, Paddock Wood, will kick off with two nights of camping from July 2.

It will close the following night with Dylan's headline show.

Organiser Vince Power said: "After such great feedback from fans in 2008 and 2009, I'm looking forward to this third year of Hop Farm Festival being another spectacular event.

"And having Bob Dylan come out to do this exclusive performance, I think this year will be one to remember."
