Roadworks have been dubbed a "death-trap" by residents in a Kent village.
Bells Lane in Hoo, Rochester, has been partially closed since March to allow repair work to be completed.
But that has not stopped some drivers ignoring the closure and driving on the pavement - with at least one of them caught on camera.
