Kent's Gurkhas are taking their battle for equal pension rights to the
European Court of Human Rights.

After winning a legal challenge for equal rights to live in the UK, the
veteran Nepalese members of the British Army are now challenging the MoD over pension arrangements.

Gurkhas who retired before 1997 are fighting to receive the same pensions as
their British and Commonwealth comrades.
