Ebbsfleet United travel to an Eastleigh side on Saturday who still have Blue Square Bet play-off ambitions of their own.

The Fleet are currently third in Blue Square Bet South and sit six points ahead of Dover, who are the team sitting sixth and one place outside of the play-offs.

Eastleigh missed the chance to move into the play-off places after losing 1-0 at Maidenhead on Tuesday and will start the weekend seven points behind the Fleet with four games to play.

It means victory for the Fleet will guarantee them finishing above the Hampshire outfit.

Fleet boss Liam Daish (pictured) said: "Eastleigh will be a bit under pressure because they need results.

"They won’t be like some sides who sit back and try to defend. They’ll be looking to get a result themselves.

"Hopefully it will be a good game on Saturday, like it was at our place, but we know it will be tough."

Tom Phipp (knee) and Dean Pooley (groin) will both be hoping to shake off their injuries and rejoin the squad this weekend.
