A Kent survivor of the London bombings is due to go to a meeting in Westminster today as the Intelligence and Security Committee publishes its report into the security failings in the lead-up to the July 7 terror attacks.

Beverli Rhodes, of Nettlefield, Kennington, near Ashford is attending the meeting along with other survivors and bereaved relatives.

Ms Rhodes, said: "I'm hoping to find out what our security forces and certainly the intelligence services knew before the attack."

Ms Rhodes, who was living in north London at the time, was in a tube under Russell Square when suicide bombers attacked the underground.
