A 30-year-old man has been found murdered in bed and breakfast accommodation in Chatham. The man's body was discovered just before 5pm yesterday.

The victim had been subjected to a violent attack in the top floor flat at Phoenix Guesthouse in Maidstone Road.

A 17-year-old boy and a 34-year-old man have been arrested and are helping detectives with their enquiries.
