DETECTIVES in Thanet have arrested a 19-year-old man following the rape of a teenage girl at Margate. He is being questioned at Margate Police Station in connection with the attack, but no charges have been made.

The 16-year-old girl was raped in the street near Dane Park, Margate, between 3am and 3.30am on Saturday in Park Crescent Road which borders the upper end of the park.
