A man has been charged following a knife attack which left the victim with face and arm injuries.

The incident happened in Pier Road, Gillingham, just before 3.15am on Saturday.

The 42-year-old victim was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital where he was treated for his wounds.

Christopher Felton, 41, of Pier Road, Gillingham, is due to appear at Medway Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday) charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
