THIEVES wearing balaclavas targetted a business in a Kent village on Friday afternoon.

Three men broke into Builders Direct on the A28 Ashford Road in High Halden, near Tenterden, at 5pm.

They stole personal items and escaped in a metallic green Land Rover belonging to the firm. It was seen heading towards St Michaels.
