Millionaire crashes Ferrari

A multi-millionaire has written off a £160,000 Ferrari after he ploughed it into undergrowth at Wingham.

Property tycoon Phillip Miller crashed on the A257 as he approached the village from Canterbury at 3am on Friday.

The 36-year-old bachelor came off the road after spotting a rabbit in the road. He and his female passenger walked out of the F1 430 unhurt.

“I can’t believe how far off the road it came,” he said.

“It really travelled through the bushes and you could hear the branches smacking the side of the car.

“I’m completely insured and Ferrari brought me out another car, an Aston Martin, for me to use.”

Police were called out on Friday afternoon to control traffic while the car was recovered.

Mr Miller, who lives at Woodnesborough, also owns a yellow Lamborghini Diablo and another Ferrari.
