The Met Office has issued another weather warning as strong winds are set to batter Kent.
A yellow alert for wind is in force for the whole county from 6am on Monday till 6am Tuesday.
Gusts up to 60 or 70 mph are possible near the coast, with spray or large waves predicted.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: “A period of strong and gusty southwesterly winds is likely to affect southern parts of England and Wales through Monday and at first on Tuesday.
“Gusts to 60 or 70 mph are possible near the coast, with gusts of 50mph possible inland.
“Winds will gradually ease from the west on Tuesday morning.”
The national weather service has warned of disruption to road, rail, air and ferry transport.
It also says short-term loss of power is possible, and delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges are likely.
It comes after a yellow wind warning on Thursday, as a “weather bomb” was predicted.
Storm Eowyn battered Northern Ireland, but Kent escaped the worst of the gales.
