Persimmon Homes has reached a milestone at its popular Medway Gate development in Strood, with 75 per cent of the homes now sold.
Almost 500 homes are being built at Medway, with a small allocation of social housing, and there are about 100 private homes to finish until the development comes to a close.
Jason Stokes of Persimmon Homes South East said: "We have been developing at Medway Gate since early 2007 and we project that the development will continue until 2011, providing desirable brand new homes at prices local house-hunters can afford."
Persimmon's Medway Gate hosts one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £99,995.
Located just minutes from Rochester and the M2, Medway Gate is set within landscaped grounds and bordered by an impressive backdrop of chalk cliffs.
