Town and Country Housing said up to 40 people attended boozy parties at the woman's Ramsgate flat

A teenage mum who made her neighbours' lives "hell" by throwing wild parties she advertised on Facebook has been evicted from her home.

Her landlords took decisive action after receiving a string of complaints from terrified neighbours.

Town and Country Housing Group said partygoers were seen urinating and vomiting over her balcony, fighting, swearing, damaging property and blowing vuvuzelas in the early hours of the morning.

They have now evicted the 19-year-old from her two-bedroom flat in Ramsgate.

Errol Harris, head of neighbourhoods at the housing association, said: "Evicting people is always our last resort, especially for someone with a young baby.

"But for the sake of the neighbours we had no choice. They were terrified. Some took sleeping pills or arranged to sleep elsewhere at weekends to avoid the disturbances. A number of people even moved out because of this anti-social behaviour.

"The communal areas of the block were damaged and on one occasion there was a fight in the corridor and the walls were smeared with blood.

"Children were afraid to play outside because of the people who attended the parties and the broken glass and debris which strewn in the square outside the flats.

"As a responsible landlord, we were not prepared to see this go on."
