The RSPCA is appealing for the public's help to trace the owner of a dog found dumped in the car park of Tesco at Leybourne.
The Staffordshire bull terrier is now being cared for at an RSPCA animal centre.
RSPCA Inspector Rachel Smith said: "This dog was found in a terrible condition and was really suffering."
