Nadine, who has been adopted by Bob and Adele, was just four
days old when she was admitted to hospital with congenital
nephrotic syndrome, an uncommon kidney condition.

In July, last year, she had a kidney transplant but
still needs, constant medical care.

Mrs Guest said: "She has turned out to be such a little
angel."
