To help minimise disruption, passengers will be accepted on the High Speed line between Ashford and St Pancras.

Meanwhile, disgruntled rail passengers in Kent could be set for an improvement in the way their complaints are handled.

The independent rail complaints service today launched a service allowing customers to appeal their rail concerns.

But will make any difference train services?
