TV Rav's stalker found guilty of harassment

A 24-year-old girl has been told not to contact a TV presenter after being found guilty of harassment.

Toneeta Beckford, appeared before Warley Magistrates’ Court in the West Midlands, charged with harassment after leaving abusive messages on Crimewatch presenter Rav Wilding’s social networking pages.

Mr Wilding, who attended Fulston Manor School in Sittingbourne, told the court the messages started appearing on his Facebook and Twitter pages.

Beckford, who lives in the West Midlands, will be sentenced on Friday, April 30. A condition of her bail is that she must not contact Mr Wilding in any way.
