Two men have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal crash last year.

It comes after 58-year-old Jim Molloy, from Broadstairs, was killed in July in an accident involving five vehicles on the M2 between junctions 3 and 4.

David Steele, 55, of Dane Close, Hartlip and Edward Parker, 51, of Sportsmans Cottages, Kings Hill, have both been charged, and will appear at Sittingbourne Magistrates' Court next Tuesday.
