Two teenagers are lucky to be alive after their car overturned in heavy rain.
Firefighters from Strood and Thames-side stations and ambulance crews went to the crash scene on the M2 in Medway on Wednesday at 7.15pm.
The 17- and 18-year-old boys both suffered cuts and bruises in the incident. They were already out of their Ford Fiesta by the time emergency services arrived.
A spokesman for Strood fire station said the boys were “lucky to be alive”.
The London-bound carriageway between junction three at Chatham and junction two at Rochester was closed for a short while as police cleared the scene.
