Two teenagers appeared at Maidstone Crown Court today accused of the murder of a man who died of stab wounds at a flat in Northfleet.

Tommy Presley, 18, of Bankside, Northfleet, and a 17-year-old youth, from Gravesend, are alleged to have killed James Green, 29, last Thursday June 21.

Mr Green was found with fatal knife wounds at a flat in Fishermen’s Hill.

Presley and the other teenager appeared in custody and only spoke from the secure dock to be identified.

They will return to court on September 21 to enter pleas. A provisional trial date was set for November 26.
